Can’t get to a notary office? We’ll come to you. Our certified, bonded, and insured mobile notary travels to homes, offices, hospitals, and care facilities across The Woodlands, Houston, and the surrounding Greater Houston area — witnessing signatures and completing notarizations properly, the first time, wherever you are.

What a Mobile Notary Does

A mobile notary is a commissioned notary public who travels to your location instead of making you come to an office. On arrival, we verify each signer’s identification, witness the signing, administer oaths and affirmations, and complete acknowledgments and jurats in compliance with Texas law — then apply the notarial certificate and seal on the spot, so your document is done before we leave.

If your document isn’t on the list, ask — most standard notarizations are fair game. For full real-estate loan packages (purchases, refinances, HELOCs), see our loan signing services — certified signing agents with document printing included.

Where We Come to You

We meet signers at homes, offices, title-company conference rooms, hospitals, and assisted-living or care facilities across Greater Houston. Visits are by appointment, and same-day appointments are often available — hospital and care-facility visits for powers of attorney and directives are some of our most common calls.

Mobile Notary FAQ — The Woodlands & Houston

What is a mobile notary?
A mobile notary is a commissioned notary public who travels to you instead of you coming to an office. We meet you at your home, office, hospital, or care facility, verify identification, witness the signing, and complete the notarization on the spot in compliance with Texas law.
How much does a mobile notary cost?
Mobile notary is priced by quote. The notarial act itself follows Texas fee rules, and travel is quoted based on your location. Tell us where you are and what you need notarized, and we’ll confirm your quote up front — no surprises.
What areas do you serve?
The Woodlands, Houston, Conroe, Spring, Tomball, Magnolia, Montgomery, New Caney, Cleveland, Willis, Kingwood, Atascocita, Humble, and the surrounding Greater Houston area.
Can you come to a hospital or care facility?
Yes — hospital and assisted-living visits are common, especially for powers of attorney and medical directives. The signer needs valid government photo ID and must be aware and willing to sign at the time of the notarization.
What do I need to have ready?
Valid government photo ID for each signer, the complete unsigned document (don’t sign before we arrive), and any witnesses the document requires — we don’t provide witnesses unless arranged in advance. If you’re unsure what your document needs, ask when you request your quote.
What types of documents can you notarize?
Powers of attorney, affidavits, wills & trusts, real estate documents, business and contract documents, consent-to-travel letters, copy certifications, and standard acknowledgments and jurats.
Do you do real estate loan signings too?
Yes. Our certified loan signing agents handle full loan packages — purchases, refinances, HELOCs, and more — for title companies, lenders, and borrowers, with document printing included. See our loan signing services →
Can you notarize a document for use in another country?
We can notarize it — and if the document is headed abroad, it may also need an apostille after notarization. We handle apostilles too, so one office can take care of both steps.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes — mobile notary visits are by appointment, and same-day appointments are often available. Call (713) 930-1234 or request a quote online and we’ll confirm a time.
